Personas

RoLage

Roberta L.

Roberta doesn’t own a smart phone currently since she is paying for school instead but, with the creation of an all encompassing health app she feels like it would be worth it to have one. She currently studies for a masters/second degree at Academy of Art in the graduate new media program. Since she has a lot of health problems like Lupus and asthma she has to keep track of every detail. It would be nice if all of her records could be in an app that’s secure, simple, easy to use, and, gives her a convenient way to message her doctors. Her level of skill when it comes to using technology is above average to advanced and she knows how to use many mobile devices even though she has none.

Thomas

Thomas just purchased a smartphone about two years ago because he needed to have google maps on the go. He works as a front of the house server in a small cafe and doesn’t get health care from work. He does get a certain dollar amount to use towards health care needs.  He thinks having an all-in-one, simple and easy to use health care app would be fantastic for him. He know that then he could check for accurate and correct information.

Melissa

Melissa is a busy woman who has a regular 9-5 job in a nice office. She has a semi regular schedule from day to day and has to schedule her medical appointments around work. She needs to be able to check her health records on the go and at any time. A mobile health app would be just the right thing for her and she can’t wait till something like this becomes available.
